Over the years, we have gained extensive experience in recruiting, selecting, guiding, and deploying candidates who want to work in the Netherlands.

We have an excellent recruitment and selection agency in the country of departure, which ensures that everyone is adequately prepared for the Dutch labor market.

Our hirers endorse the philosophy of our company. They understand that it is best to invest in motivated and qualified people and are therefore increasingly willing to offer a good salary for this. Of course, we start with an entry-level salary, but the hirers are willing to think along and work on a personal development plan (PDP).
Our strategy
Our goal is to deploy qualified candidates for a more extended period in places where their skills are most effective.
We provide an extensive screening (VOG) in advance and information about living and working in the Netherlands. We ensure that our employees are - if necessary - transported, accommodated, accompanied, and always paid on time. We also provide the option for employees to join in a (mandatory) basic health insurance, which makes it possible in the collective that the deductible of Euro 385.00 is bought off so that as much as possible is left after all costs have been paid. We outsource the remuneration to a specialized, certified (ABU), and qualified agency aware of all laws and regulations. They also apply the ET scheme under certain conditions to our foreign employees.
